Pavilion and Park Track Rules and Special Use Permit
The Lake Ridge Estates Pavilion and Park Track is open for general use every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Anderson Park Rules do apply.
If you have a special event and would like to rent the Pavilion, a request must be made and approved by the Lake Ridge Estates Homeowners Association. Please complete the Special Use Permit form and mail or hand-deliver to the Home Association Office. Fees do apply and must be received with each request.
